I'm having trouble with your website, what should i do?

If you’re encountering any issue with our website, please contact us with necessary (web browser you’re using, screenshot of any error messages you get).

I cannot process the payment, what can I do?

If you have any difficulty to process the payment, please check the card details you have entered including expiry date, billing address and security code. If all of these are correct your card issuer may have declined your payment. As card issuers do not share this information with us it is advisable that you contact them directly. For any further information or assistance, please contact us.

My discount code is not working

If the code doesn’t work please double checkif it has been entered correctly, the expiry date of the code and eligibility. If you have already checked and are still having issues with the code please contact us.
